Pediatrician to Join Established Wichita Practice
Redbud Pediatrics<http://redbudpediatrics.com/Home_Page.html>; and Wesley Medical Center announce a partner-track position for a full-time pediatrician to join an established solo physician practice in Wichita's northeastern residential suburbs. This is a highly regarded, rapidly growing practice with a patient base that includes many children of Wichita's physicians and senior business executives. The practice accepts all major payors including state insurance as a philosophical commitment to the well-being of all children of the community. The best fit for partner track for Redbud pediatrics is a conscientious physician with a strong work ethic and an above-average fund of knowledge. Training in a Children's Hospital-based residency program is preferred. Residents completing training in 2014 will be considered, but a board certified candidate available to start in late 2013/early 2014 is most desirable. Also important are an entrepreneurial spirit, intuitive interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills. Dr. Reddy has a reputation for clinical expertise and a collaborative relationship with families in her practice with an emphasis on continuity of care. Due to the volume of parent-to-parent and OB/GYN referrals, she is able to selectively build her practice with families who are aligned with her medical and parenting philosophies. A pediatrician in this practice should be ready to meet the challenge of earning the trust and loyalty of Wichita's most discerning parents and referring physicians.
