Due to Tremendous Growth in Spring Hill, Tennessee

Practice Information:
Established primary care clinic composed of two Board Certified Family Medicine physicians and one FNP. TriStar Centennial Medical Center seeks to add one additional PHYSICIAN due to patient volume and high growth in the Spring Hill area.

Practice opened in 2008 and gets on the average 25 new appointment requests a week! Group patient base is full spectrum and sees all ages: newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics; Women’s health and traditional Family Practice in busy O/P clinical setting.

• Modern clinic and CMC lab drawing station located on 2nd floor of free-standing TriStar Emergency Room
• Full diagnostics available in the ER
• Specialty physicians’ rotations allow easy referral of patients to needed Specialists
• Clinic hours M-F 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Each physician has (3) exam rooms
• Call coverage 1:4 rotation (office call, phone). No Rx refills done over the phone. Patients typically go to Urgent Care/ER or are seen in the office the next business day.
• No inpatient work – courtesy privileges at Centennial only
• EMR (E-ClinicalWorks)

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (on track for board certification within 5 years of Residency training) in Family Medicine. Must have good track record, a friendly personality, be patient-caring and seeking collegial environment within which to practice.

Compensation:
Excellent compensation package to include base salary Y1, bonus eligible in first year; productivity after Y1. Candidate may qualify for sign-on bonus; marketing and relocation.
