Practice Information:
Primary care clinic currently composed of one physician and one nurse practitioner. The group seeks to add one provider due to patient volume.

Established Board Certified physician in Family Practice and Pediatrics opened the practice in 1998 and offers comprehensive medical care. Currently covers one nursing home. For 4 years he was Chief of Family Practice for two terms at local hospital, and also consults for Psychiatry.

This is an established primary care practice adhering to the traditional practice model and having a patient chart base of approximately 5,000+ active patient records, averaging 20-25 patient office visits daily, and receiving numerous new patient inquiries daily. Current population served is from Newborn to Geriatrics, but the majority is largely adults and older adults (less than 25% Medicare patients).

Office:
The practice is located one block from the HCA TriStar Centennial Medical Center complex, and is very convenient to patient rooms and consulting physicians. The modern office has space immediately available to accommodate the new physician within the group, with patient exam rooms adjoining the pod, and a special procedure room. The practice utilizes EMR (E-Clinical).

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (on track for board certification within 5 years of Residency training) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.

Must have good track record, a friendly personality, be patient-caring and seeking collegial environment within which to practice. Requires shared hospital inpatient coverage, limited nursing home coverage and seeing patients in the clinic.

Seeking an experienced physician who would enjoy a stable, viable practice environment in Metro Nashville and join another physician at their practice location.

Call Coverage: Equitably shared between members, round on your own patients during the week. Flexible call arrangement.

Compensation: This is a long-established solo, private practice opportunity, in an expense-sharing office arrangement.
