Ocala Health is the health organization which encompasses Ocala Regional Medical Center, a 214-bed facility located in the heart of Ocala, and West Marion Community Hospital, a 94-bed hospital located in West Marion County. Ocala Health System is seeking a board certified / board eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established private practice that has been serving the community for over 30 years. This practice is the only otolaryngology practice in Marion County providing the full range of services associated with Otolaryngology, including surgery and medical treatment of the ears, nose, throat, nasal allergy, hearing and balance testing and treatment, and facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
The incoming physician will be immediately busy with an established patient-base waiting.
Ocala Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center and the incoming physician needs to be comfortable and willing to take some trauma call. Practice call is shared among the physicians and is 1:5.
The incoming physician will receive a competitive compensation package with relocation assistance.
