Job SummaryPhysician Assistant is needed for Trauma in the Charleston area. Unlike many trauma programs, the physician assistant does assist in the operating room. This is a unique advantage for those who love the OR. Duties include rounding on inpatients, seeing new consults both on the floor and in the emergency department, discharges, dictations, operating room assist, office calls and office paperwork (i.e. FMLA). We do have a short morning clinic once a week, typically on Wednesdays.
