Opportunity: Full-Time Neurocritical Care / Neurointensivist
Location: Riverside, California

General Summary: Riverside Community Hospital is looking to recruit a neurocritical care / neurointensivist specialist to join our team at Riverside Community Hospital. The Neurointensivist will be supported by a rapidly growing neurohospitalist group at a Level-II Trauma Center. We are looking for a physician with knowledge of neurology and critical care management of patients with neurological and neurosurgical illnesses such as massive strokes, intracerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, status epilepticus, nerve and muscle diseases, spinal cord disorders and the cardiopulmonary complications of brain injury.

The neurointensivist will actively work to support the neurology and neurosurgery departments as part of a multidisciplinary team to care for patients in the newly expanded Neuro ICU, providing consultations for neurocritical care services as requested and coordinating the neurological, neurosurgical and critical care needs of the patient.
