Job Summary

NP with one year in APP role, 3 years Nursing Experience to support Rose Family Medicine Center's mission of caring for underserved populations from age 18 to geriatric and LBGTQ in the safety-net clinic.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for evaluation, assessment of findings, initial management of problems (with appropriate referrals to physicians) and follow-up management as necessary.

Qualifications:
• RN License in the State of Colorado. Compact license acceptable but must obtain Colorado state license within 90 days of hire
• Certified nationally as a Nurse Practitioner and/or graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Registered as an Advanced Practitioner of Nursing in the State of Colorado with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association.
