A 383-bed tertiary hospital serving Manatee county communities since 1973, Blake’s specialty programs include a Verified Level II Trauma Center and one of only six Burn Centers in Florida. Job SummaryBlake Medical Center located in Bradenton, Florida is seeking an experienced academic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to lead the development and implementation of a NEW residency program at the facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to build a program from the ground up. Qualified candidates must hold an active Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and have or are able to obtain a Florida medical license. Additionally, candidates must have at least 4 years of recent, post-residency experience in active clinical practice in physical medicine and rehabilitation and as a faculty member in an ACGME-accredited physical medicine and rehabilitation program.
