Job SummarySunrise Hospital and Sunrise Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced fellowship trained (surgery critical care and/or trauma) to join our well-developed and very busy Level II trauma center team of 6. The ideal candidate will be a physician who has a passion for his/her field, superior surgical skills, possess excellent interpersonal/communications skills while being patient care and results driven in a professionally and financially astute practice.
Call is evenly distributed among the group in a 730 bed Level 2 trauma center with 2000 + trauma visits hospital visits per year. ICU rotations are done one week at a time and currently surgeons have 1 week out of 5 which are free of clinical duties. The group also involves a growing general surgery practice.
