Job SummaryStep into an established urogynecology practice in Kansas City suburbs as the current physician transitions toward retirement. This practice has a 20 year reputation of excellence with over 725 new patients per year, affiliated with an established da Vinci program as well as being part of a Center of Excellence of minimally invasive gynecology at its primary hospital.
The practice involves 70 percent standard urogynecologic care including busy surgical practice as well as office-based procedures including fractional CO2 lasers for vaginal rejuvenation and treatment of stress incontinence. Thirty percent of the practice involves the management of interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor myofascial pain.
An ideal candidate should be comfortable with the management of not only traditional pelvic floor disorders but also pelvic pain disorders. Patient evaluation and care provided in a beautiful suburban office setting and supplemented by two excellent nurse practitioners and a full staff. Candidate has the potential to be involved with ongoing sponsored research projects as well as the development of a new OBGYN residency program that this practice would likely play an integral role. Salary guarantee will be negotiated. Progression to partnership and buy-in likely.
