Job SummaryHCA Healthcare is actively working with a 5 member private practice gastroenterology group in the Texas Gulf Coast city of Corpus Christi to recruit a new BE/BC gastroenterologist to their team due to heavy volume. Corpus Christi is surrounded by great beaches providing the city with a great playground for outdoor sports year round. It’s a great place to live and play. The incoming GI would have immediate volume – the current group is already booked with patients for several months in advance.
The incoming GI would be in clinic for 4 half days during the work week, spending the other half of their day in the ambulatory service center (located in the same building). Fridays are a half day for the practice – and can be used to catch up with clinic work, or follow up work at the ASC. Practice call will be 1:6, with the call week being served at the hospital for the entirety of the week. Practice does prefer a GI with ERCP and/or EUS training or experience.
The practice will offer a competitive salary with partnership potential after the first year. Benefits will include health, malpractice, and 401K, and profit sharing.
