Tulane University School of Medicine is located in the Central Business district, within walking distance of the historic French Quarter and Canal Street, and close to the Mississippi River and scenic St. Charles Avenue. Job SummaryThe Department of Neurology at Tulane University’s Center for Clinical Neurosciences is seeking a Board certified or Board eligible neurologist to work at Lakeview Regional Medical Center office in Covington, LA.
Candidates should have fellowship training and/or experience in clinical neurophysiology with ability to perform and interpret EMG’s, EEG’s and nerve conduction studies. Academic rank at Tulane University School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience.
Physician will work in Covington, LA as a part of the Center for Clinical Neurosciences, which consists of 7 neurosurgery faculty and 15 neurology faculty. The Center is part of the Tulane Health System, which is nationally recognized for providing high-quality care and for teaching and research. Covington, LA, just a 20 minute drive to New Orleans, LA, provides excellent school systems and abundant outdoor and cultural activities in a world class area with convenient access to New Orleans and the beautiful Gulf Coast.
