Job SummaryPractice Opportunity:
The office is located in La Grange Texas serving the residents of Fayette and Lee Counties, which is centrally located between Austin, San Antonio and Houston. The population has grown to a point where it needs more cardiologists to support the community. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to join a successful cardiology practice working with quality cardiologists – Drs. Phillip Burket, and Srinath Vemuri.
The cardiologist will see office patients at our La Grange office. The adjacent CVIC provides stress tests, echo, and stress echo, vascular diagnostic studies, nuclear stress imaging, holter monitoring and event monitoring along with consultative services. The cardiologists may be involved with one outreach clinic similar to the other physicians in this office.
The cardiologist will work in the 65 bed St. Marks Medical Center – La Grange. There are 55 physicians on the medical staff with 30 specialists. The hospital has a 24-hour emergency room and daily hospital census will range from 5 to 15 patients daily.
As a 24-hour/365 day business, effective medical coverage is critical to our success. Our call coverage program will be one every three weeknights and one every third weekend.
